The City of Conway passed City Ordinance O-16-45 requiring a permit be obtained for any residence or business with an alarm system installed therein. Any property owner or lessee of property of this city may apply, at no charge, here or in person at the Conway Police Department.

Extra Patrols provide a means for informing patrol officers of chronic neighborhood problems or conditions that are not of an emergency nature. This initiative is designed to be an effective, proactive response to neighborhood concerns. In short, any non-emergency problem or condition that the police patrol division should be made aware of can be reported using the Extra Patrol Request Form.
This is an opportunity for comments, commendations, and other information regarding the agency’s quality of service or other information relevant to the accreditation process. Conway Police Department is a CALEA Accredited Agency since 2005.

If you would like to commend an employee of the Conway Police Department, please fill out this form. You may also commend an employee by writing a letter to the Chief of Police. Verbal commendations may also be given to any CPD supervisor. Your comments will be reviewed by the concerned commanding officer and the commended employee.
This form should be used exclusively to report employee misconduct. Complaints regarding Conway Police Department policies and procedures, or police response time to a location, should be discussed with the watch commander at the police station.
